Philip R. White heard the call to arms in the field of criminal
defense as a legal intern with the Tulsa County Public Defenders
Office. He enlisted with the Sedgwick County Public Defenders
Office in 1993 where he defended impoverished citizens and protected
the guarantees of the Bill of Rights in the U.S. Constitution.
Today
he defends citizens charged with violations of criminal and traffic
law on the frontline battlefields known as Federal, State, and Municipal
Court. He has successfully defended citizens charged with drug crimes
involving marijuana, cocaine, and methamphetamine; homicide crimes
involving murder and manslaughter; violent crimes involving aggravated
battery, assault, and domestic violence; sex crimes involving rape
and aggravated indecent liberties with a child; and traffic crimes
involving speeding, driving while suspended, reckless driving, transporting
an open container, and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or
drugs. His victories defending citizens charged with DUI recently
caught the attention of the Wichita Eagle, which mentioned him as
an up and coming attorney.
He
is a member of the Wichita and Kansas Bar Associations as well as
the National and Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
His experience in and knowledge of criminal and traffic law compliment
the Firms philosophy of zealous advocacy known as the Warrior
Lawyers.
